Maintaining isn't something I wanted to do but I did. At first I thought I gained 3lbs back! Thankfully I did not! I just weighed at the wrong time. Last week was a little rough and I got a little off track. I am glad I didn't really gain. This week back to business!
This weeks goals:
1. go back to having my shakes regularly!
2. Work on not eating socially!
3. loose 3lbs!
